Hospitality Mobile Access

CitySide Hotel offers you the option of using Hospitality Mobile Access to gain entry to the hotel and to your room.

Instead of a plastic room key, the system uses the Hospitality Mobile Access app on your smartphone to provide a ‘Digital Key’ to access the hotel entrances and your room using Bluetooth.

At CitySide Hotel the Hospitality Mobile Access app will give you access to:

  • The front entrance door
  • Your allocated room
  • The rear guest door
  • The guest laundry

How it works

Mobile Access Icon One

The Guest downloads the Hospitality Mobile Access app, registers his/her smartphone through the app and allows push notifications.

Mobile Access Icon Two

Approximately 24 hours before arrival, the Guest is invited through a push notification to use a mobile key and start the check-in process.

Mobile Access Step Three

The Guest receives a push notification noting that they are checked in and the app will update with the room number and the mobile key when the room is ready.

Mobile Access Step Four

On arrival the Guest can bypass the front desk and go directly to their room.

Mobile Access Step Five

After ensuring that Bluetooth is enabled, the guest simply holds the smartphone to the door lock, waits for the solid green light and enters the room.

Contactless check-in

Hospitality Mobile Access allows a true ‘contactless’ check-in. Guests can proceed directly to their allocated room assured of their ability to minimise any unnecessary personal contact.

Environmental benefits

By using Hospitality Mobile Access the use of plastic keycards is reduced. Each year hundreds of thousands of keycards are discarded around the world, which is an issue the accommodation industry is wanting to address.
